Requirements

Fill out the reservation form to book a date to visit our Sonny Angel Terrace (Ishigaki) store.
On the date that you have booked, visit the store and purchase over 5,400 yen to receive your present.

Who Can Apply?

Those who have been Angel, Silver or Gold Sonny Angel Store (online) members since before March 18th, 2017.
(Unfortunately, Regular members before March 18th, 2017 are not applicable.)

*Sonny Angel China online members can also apply.
*Sonny Angel Korea online members can also apply.
(NOTE: For Korea online members, no SA points will be accumulated due to difference in point systems. Please also note that instead of the membership barcode you will be asked to present your passport and/or other forms of identification at the store in order to receive the campaign present.)
*Sonny Angel Korea online members cannot use the below form. Please check the official Sonny Angel Korea website for information on how you can apply.

Campaign Period

Until the end of November, 2017.
*While campaign present stocks last.

Receiving the Campaign Present

Please show your Sonny Angel Store membership barcode at the register.
*No representatives will be allowed – only the applicant themselves will be able to receive the present.
*Those who own/use multiple accounts will be refused of the campaign present, as it violates the Sonny Angel Store membership agreement.
*When checking the membership barcode, we may also ask you to present other forms of identification such as passports, plane tickets, etc. for proof of identity.
*This campaign is limited to one figure per person.

How to Apply

Fill out the reservation form with the following information.
*Please make sure that the information matches with your identification such as passport so we can check your details.

• Date when you have joined Sonny Angel Store (online)
• Customer Code
• Name
• Email
• Phone Number
• Address (must match the one you have registered on Sonny Angel Store)
• Scheduled Date of Visit (please also give an approximate arrival time if possible)
